Public issue of upto 13,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (equity shares) of Samor Reality Limited (SRL or The Company or The Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 62/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs.52/- per equity share (The Issue Price), aggregating to Rs. 8.06 crores (The Issue), of which upto 68000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs.62/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 52/- per equity share aggregating toRs. 0.42 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (The Market Maker Reservation Portion).
