Rules for access to the free service of consultation of laboratory reports via the Internet:

The free service of consultation of laboratory reports via internet (hereinafter called service) allows users to view, through the Internet, the reports of the tests carried out at the Laboratories of the ASL1 Avezzano-Sulmona-L’Aquila.

Once logged in using the credentials on the withdrawal form delivered at the time of registration, the reports can be viewed – in PDF format – by the user who can print them and save a copy.

Attention!! If the credentials are not accepted, this is likely due to the uncompleted status of the required exams.

It is possible to request the progress of the exam by calling the secretariat of the Clinical Analysis and Microbiology Laboratory:

ASL Avezzano-Sulmona-L’Aquila guarantees the security and secrecy of the connection, while it assumes no responsibility for the copy saved in the user’s workstation and possibly transmitted by the latter to third parties. In case of loss of credentials, it is suggested to notify the ASL so that it can deactivate them.

1. The online laboratory report consultation service is free. The costs deriving
   from connection to the Internet are borne by the user according to the subscription conditions established by their supplier.

Accesso

Premendo il pulsante Accedi il programma verifica quanto inserito dall’utente e:

• in caso di esito positivo consente l’accesso;
• in caso di esito negativo invita a riprovare.

In seguito all’accesso al programma l’utente potr trovarsi di fronte a due situazioni distinte:

• in caso di primo accesso o di password scaduta  l’utente dovr procedere al cambio della password e in seguito accedere nuovamente al programma;
• in caso di utente gi attivo e password valida avr a disposizione le funzioni assegnate.
