Matt Hayward, a software developer in Melbourne, Australia, created the new website for Pipelabs, a Melbourne-based software company.

Mr. Hayward said the inspiration for the idea came to him after witnessing the difficulties his partner had in getting a blood test.

‘I started the website because my partner couldn’t find a test,’ he explained.
