Zales Credit Card Login : Zales Activate Credit Card – How do I get a Zales account?

The primary cardmember on the account must activate the new Zales The Diamond Card online or by phone by calling customer Care.  Please have your new card and information ready. You’ll also have the opportunity to activate cards for authorized buyers by adding the last four digits of the other cards on the account.

Once you’ve successfully activated your new card, you can use it immediately.

To enhance cardholder security, Zales Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank will no longer be an accepted form of tender for purchases, effective 8/5/2019. Please use your Zales The Diamond Card number issued by Comenity Capital Bank. If you do not have your Zales The Diamond Card number, please call 1-844-271-2708 (TDD/TTY: 1-888-819-1918).

Activate your card now so you can begin using it. Start by filling in the information below for the primary cardmember.

1. First visit the page  https://d.comenity.net/activation/zales/pub/activate/Activate.xhtml

2. On the page enter Credit Card Account Number.

3. Then enter Expiration Date of the Card.

4. Now enter the Social Security Number.

5. Now enter the Last 4 Numbers of Social Security

6. Enter your ZIP Code / Postal Code.

7. Click on Continue Button and the card will be activated soon.
