How to Redeem Roblox Gift Cards : Redeem a gift card on your account

Gift Cards can only be redeemed in a browser – they can’t be redeemed in the Roblox apps.

Roblox Gift Cards come in two types:

• Credit – Real money value for buying Robux or Memberships.
• Robux – Virtual currency added to the account balance – only available at Amazon.com.

Redeem a gift card on your account

1. Log into your account on a browser
2. Go to the Gift Card Redemption Page
3. Enter the PIN from the Gift Card
4. Select Redeem to add the Credit or Robux to your account
   
   
5. A success message will appear when you successfully add the Credit to your account.
   If you are having trouble redeeming a PIN that contains a 0 (zero) or a 1 (one), please try replacing these with the uppercase letters O and I.
6. Click Use Credit to use your credit. You can read the Using Gift Card Credit help article for help on the next steps. OR
   Click Close to close the message and redeem another gift card.

Redeem Credit to pay for a purchase

1. Log into your account on a browser
2. Go to the Membership Page or Robux Page
3. Select the product you want to buy by selecting the right button
   
   
4. Select Redeem Roblox Card as the payment type and Continue
   
   
5. Enter the PIN and Redeem
   
   
6. Once your Roblox Credit balance updates, select Submit Order
   
   
7. The page will update confirming your payment

Converting Remaining Credit to Robux

Alternatively, you may convert this credit into Robux.

1. Login to your Roblox account
2. Click the Gear in the upper right corner to navigate to your Settings page
3. Select the Billing Tab
4. Click the Convert To Robux button
5. You will receive a confirmation screen, click Redeem to complete the conversion or Cancel to not convert the credit.
6. Your Robux balance will be updated after refreshing your current page or navigating to a new page
