How to Fix?
Please follow these steps:
- Go to att.com
- Go to Account>Sign in
- Put in the user id( Email address) and password that is on file
- Click Sign in
- Once signed in, go back to Accounts>Profile
- Your user id will be displayed there.
As for the channel line up, you can locate it by using the U-Verse TV Channel line up. The channels that you are looking for are RSN’s or Regional Sports Networks. They are extra channels that do not count against the channels in your package. So they will not be listed anywhere, but the channels are 772/1772 for all of our packages. As long as you are able to view them on your U-Verse TV receiver then you should be able see them on the Bally’s app.
Again, Bally does hold the rights to the broadcasts. If they choose not to stream to a certain device or devices, then they are have that choice.
