There are two ways to sign in to ITV Hub on a Smart TV or connected TV device – a manual method and a PIN-pairing process. We recommend using our PIN-pairing process to sign in on your TV by following these simple steps:
First, open the ITV Hub app on your TV and select ‘Sign in now’, you’ll be taken to the screen that has 3 steps with the heading ‘Sign in’ or ‘Sign up to unlock great ITV shows’.
Next, on your PC/laptop, smartphone or tablet open the following link: https://www.itv.com/hub/pair
If you’re signed in on that device you’ll be asked to ‘Enter the code shown on your TV’. Type in the 6-digit number from your TV and click ‘Continue’ (please note this code will update every 10 minutes)
If the screen doesn’t appear, you’ll need to register for an account, or sign in using the email and password you used to register to complete this process
Your TV screen will then automatically move on to confirm that you’re now signed in. Click ‘Continue’ on the TV and you’ll then be able to watch shows on the app

If you already have an ITV Hub account, you can skip the part from 1:00 to 2:11 and opt to sign in on the website instead of registering.
If you are seeing an error when going to itv.com/hub/pair to enter your device pairing code, make sure you put https in front of the url in your web browser. This should take you to the right page to enter your code to get you signed in on your TV.
