When will I receive my PCH order/how do I track my package?

To track your Merchandise Order visit the “My Account” page at: https://www.pch.com/mypch.

1. Enter your Customer ID from your bill and your Zip code into the form and sign in.
2. Click on the “Current Order Details” button.
3. Locate the Order Number for the order you are wanting to track and click on the blue down arrow next to it to expand the list.
4. Here, you will see a description of each item in the order as well as a tracking number link for each item.  Simply click on the tracking number for the item you wish to track, and you will be redirected to a page with location info for your package.
