Bonnaroo Wristband activation ensures a smooth process when entering the festival each day and allows you to add emergency contact information to your wristband. All you need to do is enter your wristband ID number (located on the inside of your wristband) and contact info to activate.
To activate your Bonnaroo wristband for the 2024 festival, follow these steps:
- Link Your Wristband: Visit the official Bonnaroo website at www.bonnaroo.com/wristband and activate your wristband by linking it with PayPal, Venmo, or any credit/debit card. Set a required PIN for security.
- Cashless Payments: Cashless is the easiest way to pay for food, drinks, and merchandise throughout the festival. During the event, simply order from any vendor and let them know you’re paying with your wristband. Tap your wristband, enter your PIN, and you’re all set!
- Get a $15 Bonnaroo Credit: If you register for Cashless using PayPal or Venmo, you could receive a $15 credit applied to your wristband. Use it for purchases during the festival. Act quickly, as this offer is limited to the first 5,000 PayPal registrations and the first 5,000 Venmo registrations or while supplies last.
Remember not to put on or tighten your wristband until you’re ready to attend the festival, as they cannot be loosened or removed. Enjoy your Bonnaroo experience! ????????

REGISTER FOR CASHLESS
Link an account with PayPal, Venmo or credit card to buy food, drinks, and merch with the tap of your wrist. Register with PayPal or Venmo and you may receive a $10 Bonnaroo Credit which will be applied to your festival wristband good for purchases at Bonnaroo Festival. Here’s how it works:
- Register your wristband in advance: Link your account with PayPal, Venmo, or any credit card to your wristband, then set a required PIN for security. Now you’re registered for Cashless too!
- Once you’re at the fest, just order at any bar or vendor location displaying the Cashless logo, and let them know you are paying with your wristband.
- Then tap your wristband, enter your PIN, and go.

If you never received your wristbands, you can head to the box office before heading and we will provide a replacement for you. Please bring your order number from Front Gate Tickets along with your government-issued ID.
Under special circumstances, some tickets will need to be picked up at the Box Office (also called “will call” on occasion) when you arrive at the festival.

How To Activate Your Wristband & Register for Cashless
To get started, register your wristband with TURN, then tap your festival wristband on the TURN Smart Bins located throughout the park and drop in your cups for a chance to win – if selected you’ll receive a text with details on how to redeem your reward at the phone number registered on your wristband.
Each ticket buyer to Bonnaroo will receive a high security wristband with a uniquely coded RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) chip embedded inside. Every wristband will be scanned as you enter & exit the festival site, as well as the Centeroo and Main Venue areas.
Each package shipped will include detailed instructions on the proper procedure for using your Bonnaroo wristband. It is important that you read these instructions and follow them exactly. Failure to follow these instructions may result in you not being admitted to the festival site. At the festival, if you have any questions or problems regarding your wristband, visit one of the Wristband Customer Service stations where a staff member can help you. Station locations will be clearly marked on your festival map.
Wristbands are non-refundable and non-transferrable. One wristband per person. Each individual accessing the event must have their wristband registered and on their wrist at all times.
Wristbands will ship 2-4 weeks before the festival. If you have not received your wristband(s) 7 days prior the start of the festival, please contact our ticket provider, Front Gate Tickets

Accidentally tightened your wristband before putting it on or it arrived damaged? Not to worry! If your wristband has been tightened or is damaged, please bring it with you to the event, use it to enter the campgrounds, and go to a wristband customer service location near the entrance to centeroo where you can get a replacement band (you will need to prove your purchase, so bring ID, card, and the original purchaser if it’s not you).
