Multiple-Person Sign In

As long as each device is signed in to the Square Point of Sale app with the same email address and password, all transactions will be processed under the same account.

You can track which device was used to record each payment by downloading your Transactions CSV from Transactions in your online Square Dashboard. Giving each device a unique name is a great way to easily identify different devices.

We save your items and account information on Square’s servers, not directly on your mobile device, so you can always access your items when you log into the Square app with your email address and password.
