The Nations OTC Card can be activated online by accessing the page mybenefitscenter.com and then click Login or Activate Flex Card Button. To get started, create an account at MyBenefits.NationsBenefits.com.
To activate your card on MyBenefitsCenter, follow these steps:
- Visit My Benefits Center.
- Enter the card number printed on the front of your card.
- Provide your date of birth (MMDDYYYY).
- Once activated, you’ll be able to view more information about your specific benefits and check your card balance.

- You will not need a PIN to use your card.

Open the Member Portal and the page will be redirect you to the member portal for profile registration. After completing registration, you will be prompted to activate your card if you have OTC Card in your hands.
Please note that the Benefits Prepaid Card is not accepted on Walmart.com, but can be used in Walmart stores.
