Dial code *404 from your Jio number and follow the IVR instructions to cancel, deactivate, or forward a call when you don’t answer. The call waiting feature comes pre-activated on Jio SIMs.
If you have deactivated, you can again activate it by dialling *411 from your Jio mobile number.

I have received the activation code via SMS/Email, how do I complete the configuration on my eSIM device?
iPhone models equipped with eSIM:
Step 1- These iPhone models equipped with eSIM allows you to convert your Physical Jio SIM to eSIM or existing Jio eSIM to eSIM
Note : For Apple devices eSIM is supported on iOS version 12.1 or higher, please upgrade to latest software version on these eligible handsets and make it eSIM ready
Step2: Send SMS GETESIM <32 Digit EID> <15 Digit IMEI> to 199 from your device having active Jio SIM
Please refer upcoming steps on how to get details of EID and IMEI
Step 3 : Once you have shared the details of IMEI and EID on 199, you will receive the 19 digit eSIM number and eSIM profile configuration details. Along with that you will also receive a Push Notification on your IPhone which will configure the profile on your device . If no notification received on your device or missed the notification, don’t worry refer the ongoing steps
Step 4 : After receiving the 19 digit eSIM number and eSIM profile configuration message, type SIMCHG <19 digits eSIM number> and send to 199
Step 5: An update on eSIM processing will be shared with you after 2 hours. Once you have received the message, share your confirmation by sending ‘1’ to 183 as SMS.
Step 6 : After sharing confirmation on SMS, you will receive an automated call on your Jio number requesting to share the 19 digit eSIM number. Keep your 19 digit eSIM number handy for this step.
