- Log in to your Patient Online Services account through the Mayo Clinic Health System website or the Mayo Clinic App.
- Click on the “Get Care Now” button.
- Answer the diagnostic questionnaire for your condition.
You can access Mayo Clinic Express Care Online 24/7, year-round. If you submit your questionnaire during the listed business hours, you will receive an answer within one hour. If you submit after hours, you will be contacted by 9 a.m. the next day.
