A: It depends on the terms of the promotion. For example, if the advertised Fuel Saver discount offer is 10 cents per gallon for a purchase of 10 like items, you must purchase all 10 like items to receive the full 10 cent discount. If only three like items are purchased, the discount would be 3 cents per gallon. Some promotions do require the purchase of a certain number of items to be eligible.
