How to Register Your Smart SIM
Once you have the necessary requirements, you’re ready to register your Smart SIM. Here’s what you need to do:
Step 1. Visit the portal at http://www.smart.com.ph/simreg.
Step 2. Enter your mobile number and receiver your OTP
Step 3. Input your information, upload your valid ID, and upload your selfie
Step 4. Wait for an SMS confirmation
And that’s it—your SIM card has been registered. Important: Please take note of your Control Number in case your details need further verification.

Using Internet
As long as it’s in excellent functioning order and has an internet connection, you can register your SIM using a phone, tablet, or computer.

The time to register for a SIM card is almost up. Prepaid, broadband, and postpaid SIM cards that have not been registered will be automatically terminated after July 25, 2023.
Even though the deadline has passed, users can still reactivate their SIMs up until five days later.
