To check your Nike gift card balance, go to nike.com/orders/gift-card-lookup and just enter your gift card number or product voucher number and PIN, and we’ll show you the card balance.
Both numbers are located on the back of a physical gift card, or in the email for a digital gift card.
If your balance is running low and you’re just not ready to part with your Nike gift card, you can add value to it at any Nike retail store. Or, you can buy a new one at nike.com/gift-cards.
HOW DO I USE MY NIKE GIFT CARD?
Nike gift cards are just like cash and can be used to make purchases on Nike.com, Converse.com, the Nike App, and at Nike retail stores. Nike gift cards are available as physical and digital gift cards.
To use your gift card on Nike.com:
- Check the box next to “Do you have a gift card, product voucher, or promo code?” in the payment step of checkout.
- Enter your gift card number and PIN, then click “APPLY.” You can find the card number and PIN on the back of a physical gift card, or in the email for a digital gift card.
- The amount on your gift card will be deducted from your order total.

Here are some tips and resources to help you guard against scams:
Do not use Nike Gift Cards for payment outside of Nike or Converse. Nike Gift Cards can only be used to purchase Nike and Converse products and services. Nike Gift Cards should never be used to make payments to other individuals or businesses.
Do not provide any gift card details, like the card number or PIN, to anyone you do not know or trust. Treat your gift card like cash. Once card details are shared with a scammer, the funds are usually spent immediately.
Do not purchase a gift card if it appears to have been tampered with, or if the PIN is exposed.
HOW DO I USE A NIKE PRODUCT VOUCHER?
You can use Nike product vouchers to purchase most items (except gift cards) on Nike.com. During checkout, simply check the “Do you have a gift card, product voucher, or promo code?” box. Then enter your product voucher number to apply it to your order.
If the product voucher doesn’t cover the order total, you can use any accepted payment method to make up the difference.
Please note that product vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
