To activate your Subway Gift Card, create Subway MyWay Rewards account at subwaymyway.com or download the Subway App and create an account and adding your Subway® Card under Cards & Payments.

What is the Subway® Card?
Subway® Cards can be loaded with U.S. or Canadian currency and used to purchase goods and services at participating Subway® restaurants in the U.S. and Canada, online at subway.com or the Subway® App. Cards may not be used to purchase other Cards and is not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Some Subway® eGift Cards must be registered prior to use. To register your Card, and for complete terms and conditions, visit subway.com.
Physical Subway® Cards can also be used in conjunction with the Subway® MyWay® Rewards Program, which is administered separately.
How do I check my Subway gift card balance?
Create an account and check your balance online at Subway.com. Call Subway at 1-877-697-8222.
How to Redeem:
Mobile/Desktop:
During checkout, under the payment select ‘Subway Gift Card’ as the payment method.
Enter your gift card numbers and PIN.
Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.
In-app:
Go to: ‘Checkout,’ and Tap: ‘Apply A Subway Gift Card.’
Enter your gift card code and pin.
Your gift card balance will be applied to your account wallet.
In-store:
Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.
If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.
How much money can I load on a Subway® Card?
You can load the Subway® Card with any amount between $5 and $500. Please be aware that at any given time, the most value that may be loaded onto a single Subway® Card is $500.

Where can I buy a Subway® Card?
Physical Subway® Cards can be purchased at participating Subway® restaurant locations throughout the U.S. and Canada, online at subway.com or at authorized resellers, retail and online stores. eGift Cards can be purchased online at subway.com or from authorized reseller online stores. You can also buy Subway® Cards for bulk or corporate needs (see corporate cards section).

Do Subway® Cards expire?
The Subway® Card never expires, nor do we charge any fees in connection with its use, or penalties for dormancy. Occasionally special promotional Subway® Cards which do have expiring balances are distributed on a limited basis; however, these Subway® Cards are clearly marked as such with the valid start date and the expiration date on the front of the Subway® Card.
