How To Activate SIMBA SIM Card
To Activate SIMBA SIM Card, Go to any of our SIM pick-up locations personally within 90 days after your registration to collect your SIM card.
After the successful completion of your registration, you will receive an order confirmation email.
For Prepaid Plan, however, you have to purchase the SIM card personally from our SIMBA Service Centres or Dealers with your original ID document.
Business Plan
You can only collect from the two locations below:

- 181 Orchard Road, #04-25/25A Orchard Central, S238896
Customers who have chosen SIM mail delivery (orders placed via My SIMBA App or SIMBA Online), the SIM will be delivered via normal post within 3-5 working days.
Activating SIMBA eSIM on your device (iOS, Android)
For iOS devices:
Step 1: Check that your device is updated to the latest version.
Step 2: Go to ‘Settings‘ > ‘Mobile Data‘
Step 3: Tap ‘Add eSIM’.
Step 4: Choose ‘Use QR Code’.
Step 5: Scan the QR code from the email sent to you, or key in the activation code provided through ‘Enter Details Manually’.
Tip: look for an email with the subject “SIMBA eSIM Setup” in your email inbox!
Step 6: Tap ‘Continue’.
Step 7: Tap ‘Done’!.
And you’re done!
How do I sign up for an eSIM?
When signing up for your SIMBA mobile plan, please select the eSIM option. There is no additional fee for this option.
eSIM signup is available for all personal plans except for Prepaid plan.
For Business Plan, customers may head to SIMBA Service Centre (Orchard Central, Kaki Bukit, Paya Lebar Quarter, Canberra Plaza, Clementi or Promenade) for an eSIM swap. A $5 fee apply.
Can I switch between eSIMs on my device?
Yes, if your device is dual SIM-enabled, you can have active plans on both your physical SIM and eSIM. This allows you to receive calls and messages to both numbers and select which line you want to use to call, send text messages, or use data on
