Go to my.photoday.com in any browser (mobile phone or desktop computer). If it’s your first time shopping on PhotoDay, you’ll need to create an account with a valid US phone number or email address.
Before or during picture day, your photographer or organization will provide you with an access code (via email, flyer, a poster with a QR code, etc.) and instructions for viewing your gallery.
An access code acts as the password to your photo gallery. Once you have your access code, you can locate your gallery a couple of ways:
Option 1
Text your access code to 90738 to get a link to your gallery and view it on your mobile device.
Option 2
Go to my.photoday.com in any browser (mobile phone or desktop computer)

Once you’ve entered the gallery, you can find your photos, choose your products, and customize them to your liking!
90738 is PhotoDay’s short code. If you’ve never texted a short code before, there’s nothing to fear! The process is exactly the same as sending a text to a standard phone number, with no additional charges or fees incurred.
How to PhotoDay
Step 1. Text your access code to 90738, click on a direct link, or enter your access code at https://my.photoday.com
Step 2. Create an account using your phone number or email address.
Step 3. After that, you can enter your access code here. If you don’t have a code, contact your photographer…or ask a friend!
Step 4. There are up to three possible ways for you to initially search for photos: FaceFind, Tags, or All Photos. Choose which is easiest for you!
Step 5. Customize your products— either individual ones or items in a package—to your liking! Once you’re done, you’ll be able to go to your shopping cart and the checkout screen.
Step 6. Go ahead and take a peek at the newly filtered photos, and start marking your favorites by pressing the heart icon in the top right of your photo choices.
Step 7. Once you’re done selecting your favorites, select “Shop” at the bottom of the screen. Step 6 Select a package or a single product. In this example, we’re going to select a package.
Step 8. In your cart, you can edit your selection, adjust the quantity of items, continue shopping, or check out when you’re ready.
Step 9. Select a shipping method, enter your contact information, and apply any coupon codes you may have received. Then, enter your payment method, and hit the “Pay Now” button. And you’re done!
How much time do I have to order photos?
The amount of time you have to order a photo is determined by the photographer, and the expiration date they’ve set on their online gallery. If you wish to order a photo from an expired gallery, we recommend reaching out directly to the photographer to inquire about a purchase.
How can I return my photos?
All sales are considered final once you view, verify, create, and purchase your photos. If you are not happy with your final product, please contact your photographer directly for resolution.
You can find your photographer’s contact information a couple of ways:
1. From the main Galleries homepage, click the info symbol next to your gallery
2. From within your gallery, click “Gallery Details”
