To log in to your EE account in the UK, you have a few options:
- My EE Login:
- Visit the My EE login page at https://id.ee.co.uk/login.
- Enter your email address (make sure it’s the one where you receive EE emails) and click Next.
- Follow the prompts to log in and manage your billing, usage, and other EE services.
- EE Account Login (Secure Authentication):
- Go to the EE login page.
- Enter your email or username and proceed with the login process.
- Perk Login:
- If you’re looking for EE perks, you can log in to the Perk login page using your details.

You’ll get your first phone bill in the post around seven days after you join EE. After that, you’ll be able to see your bills when you log in to EE.
If you have EE Broadband that uses the latest EE Smart Hub (2023), get help with your bill here.
To view any of your latest monthly EE bills including EE phone bills:
- Open the EE App and go to Manage – Bills & Payments.
- or text BILL to 150 for a summary of recent payments.
Once logged in, or on the EE app, you can see the date when your Direct Debit will be collected. You’ll also be able to view if you have any extra charges for each month.
Plus you can view and download your previous monthly EE bills.
When will I get my first EE phone bill?
You’ll get your first phone bill in the post around seven days after you join EE. After that, you’ll be able to see your bills when you log in to EE.
Your first EE phone bill will cover:
- Your monthly plan charge: this is the standard monthly cost of your plan charged a month in advance of your joining date with EE
- Add-ons: for example, international minutes or picture messages.
- Device charges: if there’s an upfront cost to pay or a delivery charge.
How do I pay my first phone bill?
If you’ve set up a Direct Debit, we’ll take your payment automatically on the date shown on page one of your paper bill. Or you can make a payment online:
- Open the EE app
- Go to Manage – Bills & Payments
- Scroll down the page and select Make a payment
Can I check my allowances between monthly bills?
To keep track of your allowances and spending:
- Open the EE App and go to Manage
- or text BALANCE to 150 – we’ll reply with details of any extra charges outside your price plan and give details on your remaining allowances
How do I download my bill to print or save it?
Here’s how you download, print or save your EE bill.
- Open the EE App
- Go to Manage Bills & Payments
- select Download your bill
- choose which bill you want to download and print or save it
Can I download a PDF of my bill to an iOS device?
Yes, you’ll be able to download your monthly EE bill as a PDF to an iOS device. To view it you can save the PDF to the Files app or share it with a third-party app.
- Open the EE App
- Go to Manage – Bills & Payments
- select Download your bill
- select a bill period from the options available
- once your bill is downloaded, select View Bill
- select Save to Files to view your bill, or share to your preferred app.
Can I download a PDF of my bill to an Android device?
Yes, you’ll be able to download your monthly EE bill as a PDF to an Android device. To view it you’ll need to install Google Chrome with a PDF reader or Adobe Acrobat reader.
- Open the EE App
- Go to Manage – Bills & Payments
- select Download your bill
- select a bill period from the options available
- once your bill is downloaded, select your chosen app (either Google Chrome or Adobe Acrobat can be used) to view your bill
