How To Activate PB Securesign
To Activate PB Securesign, Input your ID no. to proceed with PB SecureSign registration. Enable and Set your Quick Payment Limit. A Push Notification will be prompted to your PB.
PB SecureSign is a digital security token integrated into your Public Bank mobile banking application (i.e. PB engage or MyPB App). It allows you to authenticate your banking transactions easily and safely via biometric (i.e. fingerprint / Touch ID / Face ID) recognition or 6-digit SecurePIN.
PB SecureSign is an easy and secured way to authenticate transactions by using biometric recognition or 6-digit SecurePIN.
This feature will bind your device with your PBe User ID for enhanced security. Only one of your registered device can be activated with PB SecureSign.
Register and Activate PB SecureSign via MyPB App
1) Input your ID no. to proceed with PB SecureSign registration
2) Enable and Set your Quick Payment Limit
3) A Push Notification will be prompted to your PB engage PB SecureSign Activated Device.
4) Open your PB engage and approve the PB SecureSign migration
5) Activation done! Your PB SecureSign will be activated after 12 hours.
Approve MyPB App transactions using PB SecureSign
1) Input your ID no. to proceed with PB SecureSign registration
2) Enable and Set your Quick Payment Limit
3) Perform 2-factor authentication using SecureSign Token to confirm your registration
4) Activation done! Your PB SecureSign will be activated after 12 hours.

Please contact our customer support by sending an email to customersupport@publicbank.com.my to activate your PB SecureSign.
In order to further safeguard your online banking, PB SecureSign can only be used to approve transactions 12 hours after activation.
Register PB SecureSign via PB engage MY
1) Login to your PB engage MY mobile app. You will be prompted to register PB SecureSign
2) Set up your new 6-digit SecurePIN
3) Set up biometric recognition for quicker and safer authentication
4) Your PB SecureSign application has been submitted. To continue please proceed for activation.
How do I switch PB SecureSign to another device on MyPB App?
1) Install and Login to the app on the new device by inputting your PBe User ID and Password.
2) You will be prompted with, “Choosing to proceed to login to this device will remove your access to this app from your previous device.” Click on Yes.
3) Proceed and complete the remaining steps.
4) Register for PB SecureSign by inputting your MyKad / ID No.
5) Proceed with enabling/ setting your quick payment limit and verify your activation through an SMS code sent to your registered mobile device.
6) Your PB SecureSign is now pending activation on your new device. Please activate via ATM/CRM, branch or email to customersupport@publicbank.com.my.
7) Upon activation, you will have successfully switched your PB SecureSign to another device on MyPB App.
