How To Activate Federal Bank ATM Card
To activate your Federal Bank ATM card, you have a few options:
Through IVR (Interactive Voice Response):
- Dial 04846716700 or 04842846699 from your registered mobile number.
- Press 1 to generate your Debit card PIN.
- Enter the last 6 digits of your Debit Card number.
- Provide your date of birth in DDMMYYYY format.
- Enter the expiry date of your Debit card in MMYY format.
- Set a new 4-digit PIN and confirm it.
- Your Debit card will be activated instantly.
Via Fed-e-Point:
- Log in to Fed-e-Point using your account number and OTP.
- Choose the “Debit Card PIN set / Reset” service.
- Enter your 16-digit Debit Card number, expiry date, CVV, and a new PIN.
- Confirm with the final OTP sent to your registered mobile and email.
At a Federal Bank ATM:
- Insert your card.
- Select “Soft PIN/PIN Change” > “Generate a New Soft PIN.”
- Receive a valid Soft PIN on your registered mobile.
- Proceed to set your new PIN.
