Will be able to give e-RUPI instead of cash
Prime Minister said that if any general organization or organization wants to help someone in his treatment, in studies or for other work, then he will be able to give e-RUPI instead of cash. This will ensure that the money given by him is used for the same work for which that amount has been given. In the initial phase, this scheme is being implemented on the benefits related to the health sector of the country. With time, more things will be added to it.
e-RUPI will prove to be very helpful
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that just like someone wants to spend on treatment, someone wants to give financial help for right medicines and food to TB patients or food or environment to children and pregnant women. If you want to provide other facilities related to the E-RUPI, then e-RUPI will prove to be very helpful for them.
E-RUPI BENEFITS
It is a prepaid solution that doesn’t require any additional parties to pay.
You can also use it to provide services under schemes meant for supplying medicine and nutritional support, as well as in schemes to eliminate tuberculosis, promote mother and child health, and distribute medication and diagnostics like Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana.
Additionally, both the private and public sectors can utilise these digital vouchers in employee welfare and corporate social responsibility programmes.
