To access your KnowBe4 account, please follow the appropriate login link based on your region:

If you’re unsure which region applies to you, please consult your organization’s IT department or the email invitation you received from KnowBe4.

🔑 First-Time Login or Account Activation

If this is your initial time logging in:

Locate the Activation Email
Check your inbox for an email from KnowBe4 containing an activation link. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Activate Your Account
Click the activation link in the email. You’ll be directed to a page where you can set your password and complete your account setup.
Access Your Training Portal
After activation, return to the appropriate login page for your region and sign in using your email and the password you just created.

If you’ve forgotten your password:

Initiate Password Reset
Go to the login page for your region and click on the “Forgot your password?” link.
Enter Your Email Address
Provide the email address associated with your KnowBe4 account.
Follow the Reset Instructions
Check your inbox for a password reset email. Click the link provided and follow the prompts to set a new password.

If you’re experiencing difficulties logging in:

Account Activation Pending
Ensure you’ve activated your account by clicking the activation link sent to your email. If you haven’t received it, request a new link by visiting the login page and selecting “Didn’t receive confirmation instructions?”
Account Lockout
After ten consecutive failed login attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for one hour. To regain access before the lockout period ends, initiate a password reset.
Browser Compatibility
Ensure you’re using a supported browser like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Some users have reported issues with other browsers.
Disable Browser Extensions
Certain browser extensions, such as ad blockers, may interfere with the login process. Try disabling them temporarily to see if it resolves the issue.
