To activate your Green Dot card and log in, here’s what you need to do:
🎯 Step 1: Activate Your Card
You have three options to activate:
Option A: Visit GreenDot.com/activate

Enter the card details and personal info:

16‑digit card number

Expiration date
-
3‑digit CVV (on the back of the card)

Mobile phone number

Full name, address, date of birth, and Social Security number

Create your username and password for online access.
Option B: Use the Green Dot Mobile App

Download the app (available via Google Play or the App Store).

Tap Activate Card or Register / Activate Now.

Complete the same set of information as above.
Option C: Call Customer Service

Call 1‑866‑795‑7605 to activate over the phone.
Once activation is successful, you’ll receive confirmation, be prompted to sign your card, and remove the sticker if it has one.

After activation:
