🔐 How to Enter Your Activation Code for DStv Stream

Open the DStv Stream App
- On your smart TV, streaming device (like Roku, Fire TV, or Apple TV), or game console.
- The app will display a 6-digit activation code.
Go to https://dstv.stream/tv on your phone or computer.
Sign In
- Use your DStv login (email/phone number and password).
- If you don’t have an account, click “Sign Up” and follow the prompts to create one.
Enter the Activation Code
- Type in the code displayed on your TV/device.
- Click “Activate”.
Success!
- Your TV/device will refresh and log you into the DStv Stream app.

If you’ve forgotten your DStv Now password, you can follow these steps to reset it:

Using the DStv Now Website:
- Go to the DStv Now website.
- Click on the “Sign In” button.
- Select the “Reset” option.
- Enter your email address or phone number associated with your DStv Now account.
- You’ll receive an email or SMS with a link to reset your password.
Changing Password from Within Your Account:
- Log in to your DStv Now account using your current password and email address or phone number.
- Navigate to the “Settings” option in the menu bar (located at the top right-hand corner of the webpage).
- Click on “Change Password” and follow the prompts to set a new password.

Invalid Code? Make sure the code hasn’t expired (they’re time-sensitive).
Not registered on DStv? You’ll need an active DStv subscription tied to your account to use the app.
