To activate your new 2024 Coachella Wristband, Download the Coachella Mobile App for iOS or Android. Unique email address required for each Wristband registration.

Activate Coachella Wristband

Wristband registration is mandatory for Coachella! Complete registration before arriving onsite.

Registering your wristband unlocks surprises, secures your investment, helps replace your lost or stolen wristband and helps with a smooth entrance to the festival. *Fees may apply. Anyone wearing a non-registered wristband will be denied entry

  • Download the Coachella Mobile App for iOS or Android
  • Unique email address required for each Wristband registration
  • Only register the wristband you are wearing!
  • Enter your legal first and last name.
  • Enter the six character code located on the back of your wristband.

DO NOT:

  • Register a wristband that you will not be wearing.
  • Register a wristband using your nickname (ID may be requested).

Any damaged or tampered with wristbands will not be allowed for accessing the Festival You may inquire further at info@coachella.com. Please include your order number and be as detailed as possible describing your situation.

Only passes you originally purchased through Coachella’s official ticketing partners can be guaranteed as valid.
Do not buy passes from an unauthorized 3rd party or scalper. We will not offer customer service, authentication or support for any passes purchased through any unauthorized 3rd parties. You will only know that your third party pass is valid when it successfully scans into the Venue EACH day. Activating a wristband does not guarantee the wristband is (or will remain) valid for all three days.
Scalped passes are subject to cancellation at any time without warning.

Additional information:

  • The Weekend 2 presale will start at 10AM PT on Friday, January 14th 2022.
  • Presale Registration does not guarantee passes, inventory is limited.
  • Unique purchase codes and a link to purchase will be sent via SMS and email the morning of the advance sale.
  • Every code is unique and can only be used once.
  • If you misplace your code, you can go back to prereg.coachella.com, enter your mobile number and view your unique code
  • All presale codes will be distributed beginning at 8 AM PT, on Friday, January 14th 2022. If you can’t find your code, visit prereg.coachella.com to log in or sign up.  For further ticketing support, email presale@tunespeak.com
  • To cancel your registration, sign in using your mobile number on prereg.coachella.com and use the cancel registration button.
  • To remove or update the data associated with your presale registration, email presale@tunespeak.com

Plan payment & shipping

  • Passes can be purchased using American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal (Festival Ticketing & Festicket), Venmo (Festival Ticketing/mobile only)
  • Passes are only shipped once, so provide an address that can receive the package
  • Shipments that cannot be delivered must be picked up at Will Call by the name on the initial order (I.D. required)
  • International travelers can choose to pick-up their order at Will Call when placing an order
  • Payment Plan NOT available
