Activate T-Mobile SIM Card Online : Set up your T-Mobile SIM card
To activate your new T-Mobile SIM Card Online, connect your device to Wi-Fi and you will receive a notification to download your eSIM profile. Choose Continue. Choose Cellular. The eSIM is activating. Return to the Home screen.
The SIM card or eSIM is your device’s ticket to the T-Mobile network! A SIM card is a small chip that contains information your device needs to connect to the T-Mobile network. T-Mobile SIM cards come with adapters to allow for use with Nano, Micro, or Standard SIM sized devices.

Activate T-Mobile SIM Card Online :
1. Talk to your Team of Experts to set up your postpaid plan. You will need to provide your device EID to the Expert to update your account. Connect your device to Wi-Fi and you will receive a notification to download your eSIM profile.
2. Go to the Home screen. Choose the notification. Note: If you miss the notification, you can access it by dragging down the status bar at the top of the screen or choosing the notification from the Settings menu.
3. Choose Continue
4. Choose Cellular
5. The eSIM is activating. Return to the Home screen

Set up your eSIM
Apple iPhone
There’s a few ways to setup your eSIM:
- During the initial setup, you’ll be prompted to activate an eSIM or transfer one from an existing iPhone.
- If you’ve already set up your iPhone and are connected to Wi-Fi, your iPhone will prompt you when the T-Mobile Cellular Plan is ready to be installed.
- Didn’t get a prompt or chose to activate later? You can activate your eSIM from the device Settings > Cellular.
- To activate a new Prepaid account, check out the T-Mobile Prepaid eSIM app.
Samsung
- During initial setup, you’ll be prompted to activate an eSIM or transfer one from an existing device.
- If you’ve already set up your Samsung and are connected to Wi-Fi, choose Settings > Connections > SIM manager > Add eSIM to transfer the eSIM from another device.

Activate a Prepaid Plan using the T-Mobile eSIM App
1) The T-Mobile eSIM App allows you to add an additional phone line and plan to your iPhone without requiring a physical SIM card. You can use this extra line for business, travel, or even exclusively data or voice service.
2) Note: Make sure to download the T-Mobile eSIM App from the App Store. To get started by purchasing a plan and activating your eSIM, follow these steps:
3) Go to the Home screen. Choose T-Mobile Prepaid eSIM.
4) Under Enter your email below to start activating a new Prepaid line of service on your eSIM., enter your email address.
5) Choose Next.
6) If this screen appears, confirm your zip code and choose Next. If this screen does not appear, enter your zip code under Zip code/postal code and choose Next.
7) Choose Done.
8) Choose Next.
9) Check your address and choose Confirm.
10) Choose an option, in this case, Simply Prepaid.
11) Choose Next.
12) Read the Service terms and choose Accept.
13) Enter the payment information and choose Next.
14) Review your payment information and plan. Optional: To make a change, choose the back symbol.
15) Under PIN, enter a 6-15 digit PIN for use with your T-Mobile account. Note: Remember this PIN. You will need it for future use with your account. Under Re-enter PIN, re-enter your PIN.
16) Choose Submit.
17) Choose Continue.
18) Choose Add Cellular Plan.
19) Choose a label for your new cellular plan, in this case, Primary, and choose Continue.
20) If this screen appears, choose OK. If this screen does not appear, go to the next step.
21) Check the line you would like to use as the default for voice, SMS, data, iMessage, and FaceTime. Optional: To use your secondary line exclusively for data, rather than voice, check Use “Secondary” for cellular data only.
22) Choose Continue.
23) Your new T-Mobile eSIM has been added to your iPhone. Return to the Home screen.
