Activate Your Loop Player https //loop.tv/activate/ : Manage your Loop for Business account online

Once you’ve connected to a network, open the Loop app with your remote control at the home page by selecting “OPEN LOOP”. If you are prompted to enter a 6-digit code.

The Loop Business Portal is an online web portal where you’ll manage your Loop for Business player(s). Create custom playlists, upload and manage digital signage, create and manage schedules, upload your logo, and more.

Sign in to your Business Portal. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it HERE.

Setting up your Loop for Business Player

Unboxing and plugging in your Loop player

First, remove the Loop Player, HDMI cable, remote control, power supply cable, and 3.5mm to RCA audio cable from the box (these items are shown below from left to right).

Next, plug the power cable in to the back of your Loop Player. Then, plug the HDMI cable into your TV. Ensure that your TV is powered on.

With your TV remote or menu buttons, select the HDMI input to which your Loop Player is connected.

Use the remote control provided with your Loop Player to turn on the device by pressing the red power button (if it has not powered on automatically). The front of the player will have a red light if the device is plugged in but not powered on and a blue light if it is powered on. Once powered on, you should then see this screen:

To use Loop, you will have to connect to Wi-fi, or use an ethernet connection to connect to the Internet. If you choose to connect to Wi-Fi, choose your network and enter your password using your Loop Player remote control.
