Entouch Wireless Activation and Login : Activate your phone | Entouch Wireless

If you purchased or received your new phone, then activate by login onto entouchwireless.com/activate and follow the steps given below or Call 866.488.8719 to Activate. You’ll need the ICCID # from the package.

  1. Your phone is shipped with a plan loaded and ready to use.
  2. Power On the phone and call 866.488.8719 to Activate!

If you are adding an EnTouch Wireless SIM card to a phone not provided by enTouch Wireless, follow the SIM Card Activation steps shown below.

 SIM Card Activation

If you’re using your own device, and received a SIM card from us:

  • Lay the SIM Card on a hard, flat surface.
  • Press the size on the backside of the card related to the SIM size your phone needs.
  • Place the SIM Card in your device, usually underneath the battery
  • Power On the phone. It will go through a complete power cycle
  • Call 866.488.8719 to Activate. You’ll need the ICCID # from the package. (This can be found on the SIM punch-out as well as the SIM itself.)
  • Note – 4G iPhones need the data/internet settings updated. You will need Wi-Fi access to internet to complete this. Here’s how:

  1. On the home screen, tap on Settings.
  2. Tap on Wi-Fi.
  3. Choose a Wi-Fi network.
  4. If the Wi-Fi network requires a password, enter the password and tap Join.
  5. Press the Home button to return to the home screen.
  6. On the home screen, tap on Safari.
  7. In the URL Search bar type in “https://bit.ly/2ETjoMN” and tap Go.
  8. A profile installer will pop-up on the screen. Tap Install.
  9. A warning screen will appear. Tap on Install again.
  10. A final verification screen will appear. Tap Install.
  11. The APN profile should now be installed. Press the Home button on the device and open Safari again. Enter a web page (like Google.com) and verify that it connects to the web. Keeping your phone number is easy

Want to bring your existing phone number to your new enTouch phone? When you receive your new phone in the mail, call Customer Support at 866.488.8719

  1. Have the following ready:
    • Name
    • Address as it appears on your account
    • Last 4 digits of your Social Security
    • Phone number you want to keep
    • ESN number of your new phone (found on the inside of the battery door)
    • Account Number for the phone number from your original service provider (generally NOT the same as the phone number)
    • Password/Pin used to access the account (generally NOT the password you used to access your online account.)
    • Valid contact number which is neither number involved in the phone number change.
  2. Tell Customer Support you want to “Port” your current phone number to your new phone. NOTE: Your account will need to be in good standing in order to proceed.
  3. Customer Support will handle the rest. There are no fees associated with this change. Keep the following in mind before proceeding:
    • Although not typical, the port process can take 24-48 business hours to complete.
    • Your current provider generally responds promptly, but they officially have up to 72 hours to release your number to us (which is out of our control.)
    • There is a period of time where both your old and new phones will be without service during the port process.
    • We do not recommend starting the port process on Fridays in order to avoid being without service over the weekend.
    • Any inaccurate information will delay the port process further. Please be sure all of the above information is accurate before calling.
