Error Code 3205 Paramount Plus on TV : Why do I See Error Messages on Paramount?
If you’re seeing an error message whenever you try to stream content, you can usually resolve it with a few simple tips. Just check out these common error codes below, then follow the instructions to start streaming your favorite shows and movies!
If you’re seeing these error codes: 4201 or 1200
- You likely have Ad Blockers enabled, and you’ll need to disable it in order to stream P+ content.
- Your firewall restrictions may be blocking paramountplus.com. Ensure that you have no firewall restrictions
- Check your antivirus software to ensure you have paramountplus.com whitelisted or allowed.
If you’re seeing these error codes: 1106, 6999, 3002, 3005, 6290 or 6310
- Click the “OK” button on the error page. You’ll be routed to the previous page, and this may clear the error. Try to play the video again.
- OR, try closing the Paramount+ app and reopening it to refresh the app. Now try to play the video.
If you’re seeing any of these errors:
- Code 7. You’re likely using a Chrome browser on a Windows PC. Try checking your browser for updates.
- Code 14. You’re likely running Windows on your computer. Try restarting your computer, and ensure that your Windows operating system is updated.
- Code 111. Your computer may have shutdown from a power failure or sudden power outage. Try restarting your computer, then relaunch your browser.
- Code 404. Try closing your browser, then reopen it. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, try restarting your computer.
- Code 3004. Try restarting your internet modem. Wait until you’ve established an internet connection, then relaunch the Paramount+ app.
- Code 3200. May be seen on Smart TVs, Gaming Consoles, Comcast devices due to playback error. Try doing a hard restart on your device. Just unplug your device for 30 seconds, then launch the Paramount+ app.
- Code 3205. Try restarting your device, then relaunch Paramount+. If this doesn’t resolve it, try restarting your internet modem. Wait until your internet connection is established, then relaunch Paramount+.

- Code 3301. If you’re seeing this error try any of these options:
- Code 3304. Try any of these methods:
- Turn off Ad Blocker if you have it enabled.
- If you’re using a Chrome browser on a PC, disable Hardware Acceleration in your browser’s Setting option, or
- Restart your computer, then relaunch your browser.
- Code 4200, 6100. Check out these tips:
- Make sure your mobile device is running the latest software version. Not sure how to do this?
- If you’re streaming via PC, ensure there are no pending updates.
- Ensure you’re running the latest version of the Paramount+ app.
- Restart your device, then try to relaunch Paramount+ again.
- Code 6320. You are likely streaming via Fire TV or Android TV. Try force closing the Paramount+ app, then clear the cache and app data on your TV (Fire TV, Amazon TV), then relaunch Paramount+.
- Content Unavailable. Try these tips:
- If there’s an “OK” button on the error page, click it. You’ll be routed to the previous page, which may clear the error. Try to play the video again.
- OR, for devices, try closing the Paramount+ app and reopening it to refresh the app on force closing the app. Now try to play the video. For desktop, refresh your browser tab, then relaunch Paramount+.
- Fatal Error. Simply contact us with the following info: the show, season and episode you were watching when the error message appeared.
