When you book a Covid testing package it means that you have accepted the full terms and conditions of booking.
Any dispatched kits for self-test that are unused will NOT be refunded under any circumstances due to health and safety reasons. Therefore, once booked, the Covid testing kits are non-changeable and non-refundable.
Please review the booking carefully and ensure all the details are accurate and correct. Please carefully check the correct UK postal address details have been entered to ensure your test kits can be delivered to you. Use capital letters when entering your UK postcode.
If you do not receive your confirmation, please check your spam or junk email before contacting the us.
Please keep your booking confirmation / invoice as proof of booking and purchase.
You must have a confirmed invoice from Expert Medicals prior to travel to England, Northern Ireland and Scotland
You will receive the following from Expert Medicals
- A confirmation email containing your unique booking reference number to be used to complete the Passenger Locator Form.

The test kit is permitted in accordance with part 4 of the Medical Devices Regulations 2002
The test kit has a CE marking. This means the test conforms to the requirements of the In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices Directive 98/79/EC.

A CE mark shows that the test kit is fit for its intended purpose stated and meets legislative requirements relating to safety.

IF YOU HAVE NOT ACTIVATED YOUR TEST KIT YOUÂ WILL NOTÂ RECEIVE YOUR RESULTS.
How to Activate the Testing Kit
1. Navigate to the page https://expert-testing.co.uk/activate
2. Please select the Program Day and enter the Barcode Number exactly as it appears on the tube
3. Now Click on Activate Button.
4. The kit will be activated.
Please Note:
You must activate all test kits individually. Even if you have activated your day 2 test kit, you must also activate your day 8 test kit.

Please note we aim, but do not guarantee, to dispatch your order in 5 working days after the day you place your order. The reason for this is due to the exceptional demand, processing times and delivery schedules.
We remind you the government guidance is “You must book your tests before you travel and leave enough time for them to be delivered to your address in England.”

Royal Mail Tracked 24
Your COVID-19 Test Kits include free Royal Mail Tracked 24 return labels to post your completed sample to our laboratory.
Send your test kit back using the free return packaging provided via a Royal Mail Priority Postbox Monday – Friday.
You can find your nearest Priority Postbox here.
Please make a note of the tracking number that is detailed on the returns label. Additionally, please do not stick the returns label on top of the lilac COVID-19 block on the outside of the kit box.
Ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, reduced air and freight capacity, high volumes and winter weather conditions are all impacting Royal Mail’s delivery across the UK. Please refer to Royal Mail’s website for their latest updates regarding delivery delays.
