Fanx Activate Wristband : Activate Your Badge | FanX Salt Lake Comic Convention 2023

To activate your Fanx Wristband badge or manage an existing activation, please enter your activation code at go.growtix.com/a/FanX_Fall_2023. To register your wristband or manage an existing registration, please enter your activation code.

If you purchased a ticket to FanX before the shipping deadline, you will receive your wristband in the mail. Activate your FanX 2023 wristband online once you receive them, and skip the registration line at the event!*

Activating your wristband is required.

*If for some reason there is something wrong with your wristband, bring it into Registration at the event, and we’ll replace it with a new one. If your order is incorrect (you didn’t get the correct wristbands, the address on the order is wrong, etc.) send customer support a quick message and we’ll get it straightened out for you right away!

How do I pick my wristband for the event?

Your wristband is your ticket to the event. It is the same as cash. This wristband is non-refundable and non-transferable. You’ll always need to wear your wristband while attending the convention.

Please plan on picking up your wristband in Hall E (South end of the Salt Palace) if you did not order your wristband in time for shipping (May 1st). Make sure and have your QR code ready from your email confirmation that was sent when you placed your order. You can print or send that to your phone by text message.

You will not be allowed to enter the event floor without a wristband properly secured around your wrist. No exceptions will be made.

For those with special circumstances that would interfere with this policy, please contact us in advance for clarification or go to Registration in Hall E and request a special wristband accommodation.

You may leave and re-enter with your wristband on. Please don’t remove your wristband. If you are attending multiple days, please leave it on. If you lose it, you must pay a $5 replacement fee. Wristbands are not sharable between attendees.

Can I get my wristband replaced if it has been lost?

You can only replace your wristband if it has been activated (when you have entered the event). If you have lost, damaged, or cut your wristband, you must go to Pre-Registration or Registration at the event to get a new one and have your old one deactivated. Please note that there will be a $5 fee assessed for all lost wristbands that have to be replaced.

FanX 2023 is happening September 21-23, 2023 at The Salt Palace Convention Center!

FanX anticipates having an in-person event during these dates with all the health guidelines set in place by the state health officials. If for whatever reason FanX cannot hold the event for health and safety reasons, attendees will be notified and given the option of a refund or rollover to the next year’s event.

What is a Multipass?

The Multipass is a great way to experience all three days of the show! This pass is an excellent option for those who want to pick and choose their FanX experience.

• Wristband – Skip the lines by ordering early! Wristbands are mailed to your home for convenience when ordered before the shipping deadline of 5/1/23.

How do I upgrade my tickets?

To upgrade your ticket to a higher-level access ticket, follow these instructions – 

1. Go into your GrowTix order confirmation email

2. Click on the purple button that says, “Upgrade!”

3. Select the ticket type you want to upgrade to

4. Pay the difference in price.
