You’ll receive your reward notification from Frontier after you’ve placed your Frontier order, have been a customer for 90 days, and paid your first bill in full. We will email you at the email address you provided at point of sale; if no email was provided, we will mail a letter to your home address. This notification has full details on how to redeem for your card.

Your card will be preloaded with the promotional value. All you will need to do is activate it with the information provided with the card. Your card can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.

How do I activate my Frontier card when I receive it?  

Before you use your card, you need to activate it. Follow the steps below:

1. Visit rewardcenter.frontier.com or call 1.877.722.7937

2. Have your Visa Reward Card number and ZIP Code

3. Create your own four-digit PIN

4. Once activated, peel off the sticker and sign your name in ink on the Visa Reward Card

5. Review your cardholder agreement. Keep your card number in a safe place.

Your reward notification will expire 75 days from when it was sent. Once redeemed, your Visa Reward Card will expire six months after it is issued. The expiration date will be printed on your reward card.

Your reward card can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. The total dollar amount will be deducted automatically from the balance on your card.

Can I use my reward card at a restaurant?  

Yes, enjoy it! Keep in mind that when you use your reward card in some locations (restaurants, spas, salons), the merchant may automatically add a temporary tip for an amount up to 20% more than your bill. This charge is a pre-authorization, and only the amount you authorize will be deducted from the balance on your card. However, make sure in advance that your available balance can cover this 20%, or your transaction will be declined.

How do I check my balance?  

It’s easy to check. Call 1.877.722.7937 or log in to rewardcenter.frontier.com. You’ll be asked for your card number and ZIP Code for validation. Keep your card number in a safe place.

When you use your Reward Card for a purchase that is larger than your card balance, you can ask the merchant to split the transaction between the Reward Card and another form of payment. You’ll need to know your balance, since many merchants will not be able to determine the remaining value on your card.

Your Reward Card will not work until you activate it, or if it has expired, or if your available balance will not cover the purchase. The merchant will not know your available balance; you will need to check it yourself. Also, a tip may have been added as a temporary charge from a restaurant, spa or salon purchase. Be sure that you are using your Reward Card as outlined in your Cardholder Agreement, or it will be declined.

How do I replace a lost card?  

Call 1.877.722.7937. A representative will help you replace your card. A fee will apply. A $7 replacement card fee will be deducted from your reward card balance. For example, if you lose your $100 card and have not used it yet, you will receive a replacement card with $93. If your card has less than $7 remaining balance, the card will not be replaced. Expired reward cards will not be replaced. See your Cardholder Agreement for details.

Once you’ve redeemed your card, you’ll have six months to use your rewards. The “valid thru” date will be on the front of your card. Once it expires, any transactions will be declined.
