How do I Activate my TXU Reward Card?

To activate your new TXU Reward Card, Call 800-233-5915 to activate your card. Check your balance online or call 800-233-5915. Use your card as credit or debit (PIN required).

How do I get my welcome bonus?

What is the Cash Back Loyalty Reward Card, and how often do I get a new card?

You’re on a plan that includes a cash back reward. As long as your account is current on a qualifying plan, you’ll get a prepaid card at the beginning of the year based on the amount of electricity you purchased during the previous year. If you don’t receive your card by the end of February, call 888-507-7333.

Your reward is based on the percentage of the electricity you purchased (excluding tax) during the previous year on your cash back plan. The percentage of your reward is printed on the mailer that came with the card.

You will be prompted to select and retain a PIN when you activate the card. However, you may select “Credit” or “Debit” when making purchases. If you select Credit, you’ll be asked for your signature. If you select Debit, you’ll be asked to enter your PIN.

Where can I use my Cash Back Loyalty Reward Card?

Your Mastercard prepaid card is accepted anywhere Mastercard is accepted. Your card can be used only up to the balance on your reward card. You can check your balance by calling the phone number on the back of the card. If your purchase amount is greater than the balance on your card, you’ll need to use the reward card first then use another form of payment to pay the difference.
