To activate your new RCBC Credit Card, Send the LAST 6 DIGITS of your credit card to 0919-160-0402 using your registered mobile number. You can easily activate your Renewal and Replacement Cards via the App.

Call the RCBC Credit Cards Customer Service hotline (02) 8888-1888 and input the following prompts to activate your card:

A confirmation will be sent to your registered mobile number within ten (10) minutes. If no confirmation is received, call RCBC Credit Cards Customer Service Hotline.

- As an additional security feature, the new app now requires device registration and bio-metrics log-in. This assures you that your accounts can only be accessed through your own devices.
Create an account
- Download the RCBC Digital App – available in the App Store, GooglePlay and Huawei AppGallery.
- Tap “Sign up now” to enroll.
- Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Enter your 16-digit RCBC Credit Card Number and CVV.
- Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number and then tap Submit.
- Create your User ID and Password.
- Log in using your fingerprint! Activate biometrics log-in on your phone.
Pay utility bills
Do a one-time enrollment of the biller. After signing in, tap your Card.
- After signing in, go to Bills Payment > Manage Billers.
- To add a new Biller, click the + icon on top right of the screen.
- Choose if you wish to enroll On-Demand or Auto-Charge Biller.
- Select from the list of billers.
- Input Biller details such as Biller Nickname and Account No./Customer No./Reference No.
- Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
- Save.
You can now proceed to paying your bill.
- From the “Bills Payment” screen, tap Pay Bill.
- Select from your list of enrolled billers.
- Provide payment details such as Account Number, Subscriber Name, and Amount.
- Review and confirm provided information. Then enter OTP.
- You’re done! An SMS or Email confirmation will be sent to you.
