How To Activate RHB Debit Card Online

To activate your new RHB Debit Card Online, visit RHB Internet page www.rhbgroup.com or Mobile Banking or by Messaging Service (SMS) – Type RHBACT <space> IC NO <space> Last 4 digits of card no. and send the SMS to 63633.

You can also activate debit card by Contacting 24-hour Customer Care Centre at +603-9206 8118.

If you have received your new PIN & Pay Card, please ensure that you have activated and set a PIN for your Card before travelling overseas. If you have left Malaysia and you’re currently overseas, please contact our 24-hour Customer Care Centre at +603-9206 8118 to activate your card.

The PIN can be set via the following channels:

  • RHB Internet or Mobile Banking. Please note that Temporary Pin (T-Pin) will be sent to your mobile number registered with RHB Bank.
  • RHB ATM – Change the default pin which you received in the PIN mailer to your own personal secured 6-digit PIN.
  • Contact our 24-hour Customer Care Centre at +603-9206 8118 to perform Interactive Voice Response (IVR) to set your PIN.
  • Your new PIN will take effect immediately.
