How to Activate the Adamantine Forge
How to Activate the Adamantine Forge
To activate the Adamantine Forge, you will need to combine the Hellforge and the ore to make the Adamantite forge. Both the Adamantite Forge and the Titanium Forge serve the same purpose.
In Hardmode, you can use the Adamantite Forge and Titanium Forge to smelt Adamantite, Titanium, and Chlorophyte ores into their respective bars, similar to the Furnace and Hellforge. They give off fiery particles, just like the Furnace and Hellforge.
Using 10 Mythril Bars (or 12 Orichalcum Bars) stand in front of a regular Anvil to craft the new Anvil.
For the Forge, with 30 Titanium Ore (not Bars, but Ore) AND a Hellforge in your inventory, stand in front of your new Mythril Anvil to create a Titanium Forge. (Or use Adamantite to create Adamantite Forge).
Step by Step to Activate the Adamantine Forge

Baldur’s Gate 3: The Ancient Forge: What to Do
The ancient forge is only required to be visited in the first act of Baldur’s Gate 3, although it is a very rewarding mission. Why? This inquiry actually points us in the direction of one of the four secondary objectives. Obviously, finding the old workshop is the first order of business. Then, however, a great deal of debris and wreckage must be cleared out of the way.
After this step is completed, the forge can be turned on, but the next intermediate step is already in the works. When the hellishly hot furnace is turned on, Grym, the guardian of this location, appears. And since he’s not exactly thrilled to see you, an argument ensues. The battle is over when you claim a legendary artefact forged in the Adamantite Forge as your own.
The Adamantite Forge gives its name to the landing spot you’re approaching, but you haven’t arrived just yet. Once again, your target is inside the green marker, which you can easily see by looking at the image below.
As was previously mentioned, there is a route leading to the forge that is blocked by debris. The precise location coordinates are (-672, -443) X, Y. After that, you’ll be able to step into the ancient site’s heated, luminous surroundings and begin activating it. But there’s still one minor detail needed for this to work.
Instructions for Reaching the Old Forge
Keep tapping the ALT key on your keyboard to bring up the environment’s interactive features as you make your way around the retro office. Forge moulds and Mithral ore are required to start the forge.
While Mithral Ore can be found in greater quantities, you’ll need to disperse three moulds over the region (they’re also available as loot from the skeletons lying around). Even without the ALT key, you can tell that these enormous, blue-glowing stones are an essential raw material. In any case, you’ll find two of them in the ancient forge’s cellar.
Simply locate the two levers located in the south of the area and pull them to activate it. The catch, or trick, is that activating them requires some degree of discord among the squad members. Therefore, cooperation is essential at this stage of the quest.
One of you should stay behind to operate the levers while the rest of you head north. You have to cross a horizontal suspension bridge, which is easy if you can jump or teleport. Then you should go over to the second bridge beyond it.
Now, take control of the character who was left at the levers, and use them to raise the bridge. The other friends can go to a previously unreachable location this way. At that moment, the waypoint “Underdark – Ancient Fort” is triggered automatically, and the lever pusher can be teleported back to the rest of the party. The coordinates (X, -569, Y) to go to the old forge begin here.
