To log in, you’ll need your employee credentials provided by Air Canada. Just head to acaeronet.aircanada.ca and enter your username and password to gain access.
If you’re an Air Canada employee looking to access the ACAeronet portal, here are a few options:
- ACAeronet Login: Visit ACAeronet and log in using your credentials. Note that your browser should support JavaScript for this option.
- Aeronet Portal: For a simple and easy-to-use portal, head over to Aeronet. Once logged in, you’ll have access to all the information you need.
- Secure Logon (sims.aircanada.ca): Use your ACAeronet ID and password to sign in at sims.aircanada.ca. After logging in, additional security verification using your mobile app may be required.
- ywgcasapp03.aircanada.ca: Another secure logon option is available at ywgcasapp03.aircanada.ca. Again, use your ACAeronet ID and password, and be prepared for additional security verification using your mobile device.
- Sign On AC Node 2: If you prefer, you can sign on at Sign On AC Node 2. Remember to set up or change your preferred Microsoft MFA option if needed
We recommend updating your password regularly, and ensuring it has sufficient complexity to be considered a strong password. (More than 14 characters, containing a combination and upper and lowercase letters and digits.) You can now change your password online if you remember your current password, or by contacting the IT Service Desk if you do not. (See the IT Service Desk contact information section)

To log in, use your username (ex. QKN123456) and your password. Depending on your access privileges, you will either be directed to a portal that displays icons that link to your applications or Aeronet.

If you forget your password and need to reset it:Â https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/. If you have not previously set up an authentication method on your account you will not be able to reset your password using this self-service tool and will need to contact the IT Service Desk. A valid Air Canada Employee Number and PIN combination is required.
- If you do not have a PIN please select the First Time User link to create a new PIN.
- If you have forgotten your PIN, click the Forgot your PIN link.
