How to Register as a teacher or school

As an individual teacher 

This is the registration option for teachers who just want to register by themselves, not being associated with an institution. To do so:

1. Press Sign Up at the top of https://conjuguemos.com/.
2. Press Individual Teacher and go from there.

As an institution

This is the registration option for educators who want to register a school or district, and later add teacher and student accounts to this institutional account. To do so:

1. Press Sign Up at the top of https://conjuguemos.com/.
2. Press Institutional Account and go from there.

Teacher joining a school

This is the registration option for teachers who want to join their school’s account. To do so:-

1. The person with the credentials for your district’s institutional account needs to log into the admin account. If that person doesn’t have the credentials, they can email support@conjuguemos.com to request them.
2. Press Add+ and select the “Add Teacher” option from the dropdown.
3. You have three options to create a new teacher account:
   1. If you are trying to import a teacher who already has an account in the system, press Invite.
   2. If you are trying to create a brand new teacher account, press Create.

If your district uses ClassLink to roster applications, you can press ClassLink to initiate this.

How to add class names

1. Open up the left navigation menu as in this :05 screencast and press Roster.
2. Then press +Add and choose “Add Class” from the dropdown options.

By default, you have one class called “Default Class.” You can rename or delete this class if you want, but you always have to have at least one class.

How to roster students

You can either register the students yourself, or you can have the students register themselves. Here are the steps for each:-

To register on your end:

1. Open up the left navigation menu as in this :05 screencast and press Roster.
2. Then press +Add and choose “Add Students” from the dropdown options. In the next page, you will see the following options. 

Students register themselves

1. Give them your teacher code. Your teacher code can be found at the top of any of your teacher pages.
2. Then tell the students to do this:
   1. Go to https://conjuguemos.com/ and press Sign Up
   2. Enter their information, and make sure they enter your Teacher Code

On their first day students will be able to create their account by pressing the SIGN IN WITH CLEVER button in the login page. After that, they’ll need to connect to you as the teacher. To do so:

1. You as the teacher need to find your teacher code. Your teacher code is found at the top right of the corner of your teacher page.
2. When they first log in, they will see the screen in the screenshot that asks for the teacher code

1. Give the students the teacher code for them to enter and they’ll be connected to you.

Where is my teacher code?

Your teacher code is a six letter code found at the top of your My Activities page, It can be used by your students during registration so they can be linked to your account. The exact location is underneath the label MY ACTIVITIES on the top left. You can click on it to expand and copy it..
