How do I unlock my card?

Answer: Go to https://www.mysparxrewardcards.com to register your card. For Sodexo employees, you will need your reward card number, card security code and your EMPLID to unlock the card. For nonSodexo employee card recipients, you will need reward card number, card security code and first and last name of card recipient.

What if my Sodexo Sparx Recognition Visa® Rewards Card is lost or stolen?

Answer: For lost or stolen cards call Cardholder support 1.800.755.8713. A $5.00 card replacement fee applies and will be automatically deducted from your available balance.
