Login to schedule and manage upcoming visits with your inmate, go to https //ohdoc.gtlvisitme.com. All new users must first claim their account before scheduling any visits.

General Steps to Schedule a Visit:

1. Log in: Access the visitation scheduling application. You’ll likely need to enter your username and password.

2. Find the Scheduling Section: Look for a button or link that says something like “Schedule a Visit,” “New Visit,” or “Book Appointment.”

3. Select the Facility/Inmate: Choose the specific facility or inmate you want to visit.

4. Choose a Date and Time: Select an available date and time slot from the calendar or list provided. Pay attention to any restrictions or guidelines regarding visit durations or frequency.

5. Enter Visitor Information: Provide the required information for each visitor, such as name, date of birth, and relationship to the inmate.

6. Review and Submit: Double-check all the entered information for accuracy. Once you’re sure everything is correct, submit your visit request.

7. Confirmation: You should receive a confirmation message or email, either immediately or after the visit request is approved. Keep this confirmation for your records.

• Plan Ahead: Schedule your visit well in advance, especially for popular facilities or times.

• Check for Rules: Review the facility’s visitation rules and regulations before scheduling.

Claiming Account Using Desktop Computer

1. Friends and Family (also referred to as visitor) go to the visitor website and click Claim Account.

2. Type your First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth. 

3. Add and confirm your Email Address. Select Next.

4. Complete the remaining fields with all Personal Information. Click on the checkbox to run the robot test. Review the information and when you are ready, select the checkbox to verify that all information is correct, and then click the Finish button

5. Once your account is created, you will receive your Visitor ID. It is very important to write down the number, print the summary page, or take a screenshot of the following screen for your records.

6. Look for an email from cdcr@gtlnotice.com with your temporary password.

7. Starting from the visitor website, sign into your account with your temporary password. You will then be required to change your password. Enter and confirm a new password, and then click Update

8. Once your password has been successfully reset, the Home page of the visitor website will be displayed with any upcoming visits, a list of associated (approved) inmate names, and any canceled visits.

Claiming Your Account – Mobile Device

1. Friends and Family (also referred to as visitor) go to the Visitation Scheduling website and click Claim Account.

2. Type your First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth.  Click Next.

3. Add and confirm your Email Address. Select Next.

4. The Address Information screen will display (showing California).  Click Next.

5. You will then be required to set your password. Enter and confirm a new password, and then click Next.

A confirmation email with login information is sent from cdcr@gtlnotice.com.

6. Review policies and then click Accept Policies and Submit.   

7. From the Registration Successful screen, select New Visit to go directly to scheduling a visit. Or select Main Menu to schedule a new visit, display upcoming visits, view history, and manage account settings.
