To pair Spotify at spotify.com/pair to Google, TVs, Cars, Gaming, Smart Watches, login into Google Account linked to your Google Home or Google Nest device. Select Spotify and tap Link Account, then Log in to Spotify
To pair your Spotify account with your TV, follow these steps:
- Open Spotify on your TV: If your smart TV has a built-in Spotify app, launch it. If not, you can use other devices like Google Chromecast or Apple AirPlay to connect Spotify to your TV.
- Get the Pairing Code:
- On your TV, navigate to spotify.com/pair and enter your account details.
- Choose the “Login with PIN” option.
- Next, open your Spotify app on your smart TV to discover and play your favorite music on the big screen.
- Enjoy the Full Spotify Experience: Listen to all your favorite artists and enjoy stunning visuals from the comfort of your home
Link Spotify to Google
Note: Make sure your mobile device is connected to the same WiFi as your Google device.
- Download and open the Google Home app.
- Tap Account in the top-right.
- Check the Google Account shown is the one linked to your Google Home or Google Nest device. To switch accounts, tap another. account or Add another account.
- Back on the home screen, tap + in the top-left, then Music and audio.
- Select Spotify and tap Link Account, then Log in to Spotify.
Now just ask Google to play something, e.g. “OK Google, play Discover Weekly”.
Link Spotify to Speakers
Play Spotify on Bluetooth supported devices such as speakers, headphones, and even your car.
To play Spotify on Bluetooth, you need:
- The Spotify app on a device that supports Bluetooth.
- An audio device that supports Bluetooth.
How to use Bluetooth
Note: It’s best to close Spotify while establishing a Bluetooth connection.
- On both devices, switch Bluetooth on.
- Pair the devices in their Bluetooth settings.
Tip: Check your device’s support for details. - Open Spotify and play.
The sound now comes from your chosen device.
Not working?
- Check the devices are in range, ideally within 1 meter (3ft) of each other.
- Some devices only let you have one connection at a time. Try disconnecting other devices.
- In the settings of your device with the Spotify app, check Bluetooth allows media sharing.
- Make sure both devices have sufficient power.
If it’s still not working, try re-pairing your devices:
- In your devices’ Bluetooth settings, delete the information of the other device.
Tip: This setting can be called Forget or Unpair. - On both devices, switch Bluetooth off, then back on.
- Re-establish the connection. Check your device’s user guide for specific steps.
Spotify on TV
Log in to a TV app
Open the Spotify app on your TV, then choose one of these ways to log in:
- Enter your Spotify email address and password.
- Open the Spotify app on your phone or tablet, and find your device using Spotify Connect.
- Select LOG IN WITH PIN. Then on another device, go to www.spotify.com/pair and enter the pin you see on your screen.
Spotify in the car
Take your favorite music and podcasts along for the ride.
Use any of these to connect your phone to your car:

Logging in
Open the Spotify app on your console, then choose one of these ways to log in:
- Enter your Spotify email address and password.
- Open the Spotify app on your phone or tablet, and find your device using Spotify Connect.
When you log in to Spotify, your account links to your PlayStation Network account. This automatically logs you in to Spotify whenever you log in to your PSN account.
