IKEA Family Credit Card by Citi is a credit card available to IKEA Family members. The credit card can be used for purchases online and offline. The card enables you to earn reward points on all purchases and accelerated reward points on IKEA. In addition, you can use the card to avail instant EMIs on your IKEA purchases in-store at attractive interest rates.
How do I apply for the credit card?
You can apply for the card at any of the IKEA stores. Please locate the Citi Kiosk/Citi executive in the IKEA store, who will assist you to apply for the card. You will need the following documents to apply for the card:
– Proof of Identity
– Proof of Address
You can fill the digital application form for instant decisions and credit for usage in-store. If you are in a rush, or not carrying the necessary documents, you may want to fill in a physical application form.

Paying at an IKEA store
We accept all major credit cards/debit cards, UPI payments through various apps/wallets (like Google Pay/PhonePe/Paytm), IKEA gift card and refund card. We also accept cash for instant payments in our stores
Paying at Remote order service
For orders placed through Customer support centre through a secure mode.
IVR – We accept all domestic cards issued in India, if you have an internationally-issued card, please connect with our support team for eligibility.
NEFT/ RTGS – Bank transfer details
Link to pay – You can pay through Visa, Mastercard, DinersClub, RuPay, UPI, IKEA Gift Cards, and Cash in our store. We also offer RTGS/ NEFT only for our Business Customers.
Please note Gift cards and Refund cards aren’t applicable for purchases made with Customer service team.

You can use an IKEA Gift card or an IKEA Refund card value in full or as partial payment towards something you really love. Just scan or enter the card details by selecting ‘pay with gift card’ when prompted at checkout. Payment with Gift card or refund card is only applicable at stores
Mobile payment:
Support both online and in-store payments
All UPI apps and mobile wallets are accepted
Card EMI:
Payment with card EMIs is supported for online payments.
Internet banking:
Payment with online baking is supported for online payments. Currently, it is not possible to pay with Internet banking at IKEA stores.
