The easiest way to get in touch with your billing agent is via your My ista account at myista.ae/quickpay/account. Simply login and click on the Contact link which will put you in touch with your billing agent. Alternatively, you can find your billing agent’s contact details on their correspondence (e.g. bills and reminder letters).

How do I get started
As a start, residents are requested to complete the registration process, which would include the following
- Filling in and signing the End User Agreement along with required documents
- Payment of refundable Security Deposit (varies according to the unit type)
- Payment of Registration Fee
- Convenient Prepayment option (3, 6 or 12 months), ista service assistant will provide support
- Once registration with ista is completed, a ‘No Objection Certificate’ for Move In will be released
What services does ista provide?
ista is responsible for all sub-metering and billing issues as focal point of responsibility. That would include registration process, reading meters, billing, maintenance of the meters, collection of charges, customer service and dispute resolution. Please note that this doesn’t include any air conditioning, water or electricity related problems such as supply or malfunctions.
What is sub-metering/consumption-based billing?
Sub-metering is defined as measuring the individual energy consumption inside the building in order to allocate charges invoiced by the utility (e.g. district cooling provider) to each individual end user based on their consumption, registered by individual meters.
How will I receive my bill?
The bills will be delivered to occupants electronically via the e-mail address provided during registration. Please make sure that the e-mail address that you will be registering is working. In case, ista email goes to your spam folder, you will have to ensure you mark emails from ista as not spam.
You can conveniently view and print your bills by logging in to our online customer portal.
Simply register on our online customer portal to conveniently check your bills and outstanding balance. The bills will be issued based on your billing cycle period or on ad hoc basis for final bills (see Move Out process).
How can I pay my invoices?
You can conveniently pay your invoices via any of the following payment channels:
- Our hassle-free online client portal will accept credit or debit card payments
- Payment kiosks operating 24/7, located in over 1,000 locations across UAE for cash and card payments
- Bank Transfer and Cheque, however, proof should be provided including unit number and customer ID
