A battle between JAKE PAUL and Andrew Tate has been hinted at after the actor challenged the contentious influencer.
Due of his “toxic” views on women, Tate was banned from multiple social media sites in August, including Facebook and TikTok.
Paul, who made a hint that negotiations were in progress, and the former Big Brother contestant are poised to square off.
Paul, 25, posted a video of the duo squaring off in front of a boxing ring on Twitter with the title “Negotiations” added by the YouTuber.
The American had previously shown interest in facing kickboxer Tate, who has a 76-9 record.
Tate and Paul’s altercation has been hinted at ever since The Cobra became an internet sensation. After the two engaged in online verbal sparring, it initially appeared that Tate would be competing against his brother Logan. Logan recently challenged Tate to an MMA match, which infuriated the divisive businessman.
“Being liked and talked about is the most important thing to Logan Paul. He continues to play fight in the WWE out of fear and backing away from any real challenge “said Tate in a statement that his publicist distributed.
“This interviewer recently asked me if I’d fight Andrew Tate, and that’s when I started seeing this guy pop up all over the internet,” Paul said.
“Oh, that’s Andrew Tate,” I thought. However, I’m actually saying that if my brother doesn’t screw you over, I will.
Logan, Paul’s brother, also acknowledged that he would love the opportunity to “f*** up” Tate, saying that if they engaged in combat, Tate would be “wheeled out on a stretcher.”
Tate was “saying a lot of s***,” according to Logan, who had initially said he didn’t want to give him a platform.
Jake also stated that he does not share Tate’s viewpoints but identified himself as a supporter of free speech and provided a platform for his potential rival to speak out after Tate was canceled.
