The Fidelis Care Member Portal at members.fideliscare.org gives you access to your Fidelis Care account 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Pay your monthly premium and set up auto-pay.

Fidelis Care wants members to know that your health insurance is no longer being automatically renewed. If you are a member in Medicaid Managed Care, Essential Plan, HealthierLife (HARP), or Child Health Plus, you MUST RENEW your health insurance to keep your coverage without interruption.

Renew Your Coverage
Every year, members in our Medicaid Managed Care, Child Health Plus, Essential Plan, and HealthierLife (HARP) plans must renew their health coverage. During the COVID-19 public health emergency, NY State of Health is automatically renewing coverage for members in those plans. Please contact Fidelis Care to learn more about the renewal process and any action you may need to take.
When do you need to renew your coverage?
You typically have to renew by the 15th of the month before your current coverage ends. If you have a Fidelis Care Member Portal account, you can also find your renewal deadline there.
Fidelis Care will provide renewal information by mail or email. Depending on how you renewed, you will also receive renewal information from NY State of Health, your local Department of Social Services, or the Human Resources Administration (HRA) in New York City. Once you receive the notices, you will only have a limited time to renew before your current coverage ends.

What information do you need to renew your coverage?
To renew your coverage, you will need the following information:
- Your mailing address
- Total household income
- Information about your New York State of Health Insurance Program (NYSHIP) account, if you are already enrolled in that program
- Information about your health insurance eligibility from a job, or information about health insurance premiums you’re already paying
- Any other health insurance you carry
- Everyone who lives in your household, and any changes in household size
- Changes in full-time student status (if applicable)
- Changes in immigration status
- How you plan to file your taxes
Make a Payment
Paying online is a quick and easy way to make a SECURE payment for your monthly Fidelis Care premium. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
There are a variety of payment options, including debit card or electronic banking. You’ll need a debit card OR the 9-digit bank routing number and account number of your checking account to use this service. For credit card payments, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card.
AutoPay: an Easier Way to Pay Your Monthly Premium
Log in to your Member Portal account at members.fideliscare.org to set up AutoPay and ensure your payments are always made on time. Setting it up is easy:
- After logging in to the Member Portal, click the “Make a Payment” button
- Select the name of your plan
- Choose the “AutoPay Scheduling” tab, select either the standard or the custom option, and follow the instructions to finish setting up AutoPay. The standard option will automatically pay your balance 5 days before it is due.

If you enrolled in your health insurance through NY State of Health, you also can renew directly with them. Call NY State of Health at 1-855-355-5777; TTY: 1-800-662-1220, Monday-Friday from 8 AM-8 PM or Saturday from 9 AM-1 PM. Or, you can visit nystateofhealth.ny.gov 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If You Enrolled Through Your Local Department of Social Services (LDSS) or NYC’s Human Resources Administration
You should receive a letter from your Local Department of Social Services (LDSS) or NYC’s Human Resources Administration (HRA). You will need to follow the instructions in the letter to renew. If you have questions, call Fidelis Care at 1-866-435-9521, TTY: 711.
