How do I activate my Mint Mobile SIM card?
To activate your Mint Mobile SIM card, follow these steps:
- Online Activation (Physical SIM Card):
- Keep your SIM card handy.
- Visit the Mint Mobile activation page https://my.mintmobile.com/activation.
- Enter the 11-digit ACT code found on the back of your SIM card and click “Get Started.”
- Use the SIM ejector tool to remove your phone’s SIM card tray.
- Insert your newly activated SIM card into your device.
- eSIM Activation:
- Check your physical SIM slot and remove the SIM card if there is one.
- Choose your Mint Mobile plan.
- Click “Activate Now” on the order confirmation page or wait for your confirmation email to arrive.
- Scan the provided QR code and follow the prompts.
- Mint Mobile App Activation (Trial or Share the Love Kit):
- Open the Mint Mobile app.
- Click “Activate your SIM card.”
- Enter the 11-digit ACT code that came with your SIM card and click “Continue.”
- Choose to enter your ZIP code manually or use automatic ZIP code recognition.
- Allow location services and enter your ZIP code, first name, last name, and email.
- Click “Activate card” to complete the activation process.
