My Indici Login : My Indici – Patient Portal Login
By Login into My Indici Patient Portal, you can manage your health needs from the comfort of your own home. Through myIndici you are able to order repeat prescriptions, book appointments with your GP, view your test results and communicate directly with your GP.
My Indici is our new FREE secure online patient portal allowing you to manage your health needs and that of your family from anywhere and at anytime.
Anyone over 16 years of age who has their own email address and who is a registered patient of Cambridge Medical Centre.
Parents or legal guardians of children under 16 years can now link their childs patient records through their myIndici login. Please talk to one of our admin team if this is something you are interested in. Once your child turns 16 they will need to set up their own myIndici login.
The portal allows you to:
- Access your medical records.
- View results.
- Order repeat prescriptions and save $5.
- Book appointments.
- Share health information as required with other healthcare providers.
- Improve your health with the tracking tool.
- Secure communication with your GP.
To register you need…
- Your NHI number
- Your own personal email address
- Proof of identity (photo ID)

Be over the age of 18 years
If you wish to register, please confirm your current personal email address and provide photo ID to our reception staff.
How to register
The new My Health Portal (my indici™) sign up page will require four pieces of information – your:
- First and last names.
- Date of birth.
- NHI (not mandatory)
- Email (needs to match the email we have on file)
My Health Portal (my indici™) will match all the information entered in your registration with your patient record. If this matches, you will have Level One access to My Health Portal:
Level One Access: Provides ability to make appointments and email our practice.
Level Two Access: Requires PFHC to verify your identity in order to grant you full access to your records. To do this you can phone or ask reception next time you visit the practice.
Once registered on My Health Portal with Level Two access (my indici™) the secure online system will allow you to:
- view medical information
- see lab results
- book appointments
- request repeat prescriptions
- get appointment reminders
- communicate with your health professional via secure messaging, phone or video
Once you have completed the registration process we recommend you make www.myindici.co.nz a “favourite” in your browser so you can access the site more easily. You will no longer need to access the ConnectMed application, please use my indici™ instead.
