To activate your Netspend Skylight card, please visit www.netspendskylight.com/account/activate. As soon as you receive your card in the mail, you will receive instructions for activating the card and verifying your identity.

Netspend offers a prepaid card called a SkylightPaycard. This is not a credit card, so please keep that in mind. Not like a credit card, this won’t help or hurt your credit rating. You’ll not only get cash back for qualified purchases, but also receive exclusive offers tailored specifically to you.
Activate Your SkylightPaycard Card
To activate your card, you must verify your identity as a new owner of a NetSpend SkylightPaycard at www.netspendskylight.com/account/activate. As soon as you receive your card in the mail, you will receive instructions for activating the card and verifying your identity
1.Enter Your Card Information. Please enter your card number and the security code from the back of your card so can find your account.
2. Enter your 16 Digit
3. Now enter the 3 digit Security code printed on the backside of the card
4. Now press the Continue button to activate the new card.
How can I find out how much money I have in my account?
By logging into your Online Account Centre for free, you may view your balance, deposits, and transaction history. A text message will be sent to you each time you make a purchase using the amount on your card if you sign up for Anytime Alerts.
If you’ve opted into Anytime Alerts, you can text the letters BAL to 22622 at any time to receive your account balance. If you would like to check your balance for a fee of $0.50, you may call skylightpaycard.com phone number 1-866-387-7363 or use a participating ATM.
